I love gadgets as much as the next guy, I’ve just never been a fan of notebook computing. Don’t get me wrong I think they are wonderful devices, I have just never had the need to be so restricted in upgrade options or screen-size whilst being free to roam around. Up until now, that is. I won’t go into the the detail as to why I need mobile computing, I don’t want to bore you, let’s just say I need one.

I have not really taken much time to play around with the core blog module on Dotnetnuke. That is until now of course. I have had requests from customers who wish to blog via their DNN sites, but it needed to be easy. I thought the best way for me to get to grips with this would be to start my own blog. I added the blog module and created the page, and while doing this I also downloaded and installed Windows Live Writer. I knew it should work with the blog module, and I needed to check it out. This post has been written using WLW. As I discover more about this combination of tools I will post the details here.
