MBD and Credit Management Solutions (CMS) merged to form MBD Credit Solutions late in 2009. They approached me to design a modern logo, a detailed corporate identity and both internet and intranet sites. They required some very specific items for the launch of the newly merged brand identity to their staff and stake holders.

Rob, Phil and Sean acquired the retail POS division from Pilot. This group of entrepreneurs have years of experience in the point of sale and accounting software industry. They have several point of sale products that service all types of retail stores, from small shops to large chains. They approached me to devise a logo, website and product identities.

A friend of mine recently opened his own airsoft business. While I did not create the shield emblem used in the logo, I fixed up the fonts, backgrounds and basically completed the logo. I also designed a new OS-Commerce theme/skin in Photoshop, which his developer then sliced and implemented into his site. I have also assisted him with signage for his shop, banners and a Twitter theme.

This really works well on a few levels, especially when you consider that Gideon, the owner, wrote and continues to write the core for Pastel Partner and Express, and really does know Pastel backwards. I recently revamped their logo and corporate materials, as well as their website.

It is also available in the USA and Canada for NHL Hockey, MLB clubs such as Yankees, Red Sox, Cardinals, Cubs and Mets. NFL versions have also been released as well as a Star Trek version of the board game.
